The Vedic Bilona Difference
In an age of industrial cream separators and rapid heating, we preserve the age-old Vedic Bilona method. Whole milk from free-grazing indigenous Gir cows is cultured overnight into living curd, churned with wooden bilonas in bi-directional rotation, and slow-simmered over low flame. The result is pure, aromatic, granular golden ghee with natural medicinal properties.
Unadulterated Sweets & Cold Pressed Oils
Our Shakkar (jaggery powder) and Jaggery Cubes are crafted strictly from first-press sugarcane juice, naturally cleansed without chemical sulphur. Our mustard oil is cold-pressed in traditional wooden Kachi Ghani expellers, and our raw forest honey remains unheated to preserve live enzymes and bee pollen.
