1. Delivery Coverage & Serviceability

The Organic Hood delivers natural food staples to serviceable PIN codes across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. We partner with established logistics carriers including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

- Orders with a subtotal equal to or exceeding ₹999 qualify for FREE Delivery.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal standard shipping fee of ₹60 is applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a handling fee of ₹40.

3. Transit Time & Glass Protection Packaging

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Standard transit time is 2–4 business days for metro locations and 4–6 business days for non-metro regions. Consumables in glass jars (such as our Ghee and Honey) are protected with multi-layered shock-absorbing honeycomb air cushions and sturdy corrugated cartons.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a live tracking AWB link is automatically generated and shared via SMS/Email. You can also track your shipment status anytime using our Order Tracking portal.
