Our A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made exclusively from indigenous Indian Gir cows that produce milk with only the A2 beta-casein protein. We follow the traditional 5-stage Bilona method: boiling fresh whole milk, setting it into curd, churning it bi-directionally with wooden churners to extract makkhan, and slowly clarifying the butter on low flame.
